Notice on the Meta Pass Update and Reward Reissue
Dear Metas,In the May 13(PT) version update, we fully upgraded the Meta Pass to improve both its overall experience and value. Since the update, we have received questions from many Metas about how remaining Meta Pass days and unclaimed rewards from the previous version would be handled. We would like to share the reissue and remaining-day conversion rules below:1. Unclaimed daily rewards will be sent by mail: If you had any unclaimed daily rewards in your Meta Pass before the update, those rewards will be sent to you in full by in-game mail. This applies whether or not your Meta Pass is still active after the update. No rewards will be lost, so please check your mailbox.2. Extra compensation for remaining days: If your purchased Meta Pass still had valid days remaining after the update, we will provide compensation based on the rule of "1 remaining day = 1 corresponding reward." Each Meta can receive up to 15 compensation rewards. These rewards will also be sent by in-game mail.All compensation has been calculated automatically by the system and sent through in-game mail. However, due to the large amount of data involved, there may be rare cases where rewards were missed. If you have checked your mailbox and did not receive the reissued rewards you were eligible for, or if you have questions about the number of compensation rewards you received, please contact us through the in-game Customer Service channel. After receiving your feedback, we will review the logs as soon as possible. If we confirm that any rewards were missed or that the compensation amount was incorrect, we will send you the missing rewards promptly. Thank you for your understanding and support!
