Ubisoft is giving out free PC copies of Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, Prince of Persia,and Tom Clancy games to people who own them on Xbox

Xbox is making it easier for you to transfer your digital console library over to PC, at least when it comes to a select few Ubisoft titles. In an official Xbox Wire news release, a total of 13 Ubisoft games are revealed to be part of a new "Xbox Console-to-PC Offer" program giving players the opportunity to play their Xbox games on PC "at no additional cost."
