The Songs of the Past add-on for The Witcher 3, which will be out next year, promises to let us explore a whole new region and get to know Dandelion better than ever. I'm more interested in a brand new chunk of world than intimate moments with the bard, but more Witcher 3 is more Witcher 3 even if the focus isn't on everyone's actual favorite character.
