Greetings, Star Guardians.We would like to inform you of the currently known issues in the game.We are currently investigating the causes of these issues and working on fixes.Any additional issues identified or resolved will be updated through this notice.Please refer to the details below for more information.※ Last Updated: September 17, 2026 (Thu)✦ Known Issues- An issue where the ‘120th Draw Bonus’ cannot be selected in \[Selective Pick Up - Stargazer Invitation] on the PlayStation®5 (Added on September 17)* Please note that until this issue is fixed, encountering it on the PlayStation®5 may prevent normal gameplay. We will work to resolve this issue as soon as possible.- An issue where the amount of ‘Hawk Pass XP’ obtainable from Hawk Pass Missions is applied incorrectly (Added on September 17)- An issue where the Sector names displayed at the top of the ‘Sector 3’ and ‘Sector 4’ Leaderboards in \[Leaderboard] → \[Timespace Junction Season 2] are incorrect- An issue where UI elements such as the nickname displayed above a hero may intermittently overlap when a party member uses Hero Tag repeatedly- An issue where the difficulty color UI for Sectors 5 and 6 of ‘Timespace Junction’ is displayed incorrectly- An issue where the ‘Draw’ button cannot be selected after accessing ‘Hero Info’ through the ‘magnifying glass’ icon next to the hero’s name on the Hero Pick Up screen, viewing the ‘Skill’ popup, and then selecting ‘Back’* If this issue occurs, you can temporarily resolve it by re-entering the Hero Pick Up banner.- An issue where the game crashes when using a Windflower updraft while riding a pet- An issue where the \[Skip the Main Quest] key input may not work in certain situations when ‘Skip’ is available during a Main Quest on PC or when using a gamepad- An issue where using a controller to view a material's Set Effect on the Engraved Equipment crafting screen and then selecting Back causes the in-game cursor to disappear - An issue where error code ‘30021225-0’ is displayed and the game cannot be accessed when playing on the Steam platform* This issue can be resolved by updating the Steam build to the latest version.- An issue where leaving a party at a specific location moves the character to a specific area.* This issue can be temporarily resolved by reconnecting to the game.- An issue where characters may occasionally fall endlessly beneath the ground※ This issue will be addressed in a future update.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.We will continue to do our best to provide a stable gameplay experience.Thank you.
