Hey there!Ever since Arena Breakout: Infinite officially launched, the B.D.C. has been committed to fostering a fair and safe gaming environment. We continue to take game-related violations very seriously (including but not limited to using or sharing plug-ins, actively teaming up with a player using plug-ins, and other negative in-game behavior). We will proactively and strictly address any offline transactions or other actions that negatively impact the gaming experience. Even if the plug-in users did not eliminate anyone, they will still receive 10-year bans once we've verified that they used a plug-in to cheat. For players whose game environment seems suspicious (including but not limited to opening the game client under abnormal circumstances, using third-party plug-ins to access, read, or modify the game client, having game data that contains odd calibrations, etc.), we will prioritize removing them from raids or issuing a short-term ban. Then, we will send video recordings of their games to the Replay Expert Team or the Security Technology Team for evaluation. If they verify that there have been rule violations, stronger penalties will be implemented. During Season 6, the B.D.C. focused on core security scenarios and strengthened its defenses across the board.Our Ongoing Efforts to Crack Down on Plug-InsThis season, plug-in creators updated their systems frequently to try and bypass our plug-in detection measures. In response, our anti-plug-in technology for Arena Breakout was upgraded over 772 times, successfully rendering more than 2,543 plug-in cheats ineffective. To target key DMA plug-ins, this season we tested and launched a new encryption scheme based on coordinate information. The bypasses to our encryption attempted by DMA plug-ins are fully visible to our latest hardware detection technology. Through data accumulation in our blacklisted hardware database and reverse analysis of the evasion methods used by blacklisted devices, our hardware identification capabilities only continue to improve. This season, we have found and penalized over 45,000 instances of cheats in Arena Breakout. This includes over 8,000 accounts that have been banned for 10 years.Continued Crackdown on Teaming Up With Players Using Plug-insIn past seasons, we have repeatedly improved our detection systems and increased the severity of penalties for players who are "boosting" by teaming with plug-in users. In Season 6, we further evaluated and expanded the penalty scope for this behavior. Accounts penalized for highly suspicious behavior and abnormal launcher environments are generally treated as the main plug-in account, and associative penalties are applied to those teaming up with them. This season, our measures targeting players who team up with plug-in users to access shared wallhacks through "radar" websites have also begun to show clear results. This season in Arena Breakout, we penalized over 14,000 players for teaming up with players using plug-ins.Ongoing Monitoring of Illegal ContentThe B.D.C. continues to monitor and remove illegal content in the game, such as verbal abuse, fraudulent advertisements, and pornographic or vulgar material. This season in Arena Breakout, over 462,000 messages, 10,200 nicknames, and 183,000 violating voice messages were intercepted, creating a comprehensive line of security to protect the in-game environment.Renewed Compensation for Eliminations by Plug-in UsersIn Season 6, we expanded the detection scope for abnormal behavior and strengthened our efforts to crack down on players exhibiting a strong tendency toward cheating through a multi-dimensional approach. This allowed us to issue compensation to affected players, further expanding the coverage of elimination compensation to continue to protect the in-game rights and experience of our players. This season, we've issued compensation over 310,000 times in Arena Breakout: Infinite, totaling over 371.3 billion Koen.This season, the Inspector Community has continued to operate as intended. We introduced more valuable Gold Coin rewards to further reward the players who silently contribute to protecting the gaming environment. We invite more players to join us in building a stronger defense against cheats. The battle against plug-ins is a long and ongoing one. The B.D.C. will always stand firm and do everything in our power to safeguard a fair gaming environment.
