Jagex has announced a fourth entry in its long-running MMO series, Runescape, which it says is in early development using Unreal Engine. Announced at RuneFest in Birmingham, UK, this weekend, ‘RuneScape 4’ (which Jagex says is a temporary name) will sit alongside the other branches of the series, RuneScape, Old School RuneScape and Dragonwilds. A teaser trailer was shared at RuneFest, confirming that the next entry will be set in the world of Gielinor during the Sixth Age, beginning in Ashenfal, which first appeared in Dragonwilds.
