There are two notes to be found at the Escape level. - To find Confiscation Protocol Reminder, take out the first guard and follow the hallway. Enter the first door on your left and there will be a desk with the item.
- To find Updated Code note, wait until you reach an enemy soldier in an office. Hide and wait until he receives the call, and he will then rush out. The note will reveal the new code.
