Super Mario Sunshine 4K Is The Remaster We All Deserve
Super Mario Sunshine is a complex game, a title best remembered for its striking visuals and novel gameplay mechanics, but ultimately marred by a handful of poor design decisions. That's not to say that Super Mario Sunshine is a bad game, but rather that one's nostalgia for it, at least in my case, does much of the heavy lifting, its vibrant landscapes and cartoonish atmosphere evoking a comforting feeling that feels sorely lacking in today's Unreal Engine-driven industry.
