Hello, this is Project Moon.Following up on the notice posted on Mar. 4th titled [Notice: Details & Measures Regarding an Upgrade Item Error], we would like to inform you that the resources to be restored during the restoration process have been changed.In the previous notice, we informed you that restoring resources would also result in a rollback of the Identity for which those resources were used to "Uptie Tier 1 and Level 1."At present, however, LCB Sinner Identities are automatically Uptied to Uptie Tier III depending on the story progression.As such, we have determined that there would be potential issues if the restoration of used resources were to proceed based on the previous criteria.Accordingly, the restoration will instead revert the Identities that used these items to their state before "Takeoff Module – ID Uptie" or "Identity Takeoff Ticket" was used.Please refer to the details below regarding the updated subsequent measures.[ Subsequent Measures ]▶ If you have encountered this upgrade item issue between Feb. 19th and Mar. 5th, 10:00 (KST; issue fix date), please send the details of your issue to our customer service email with your UID, and we will assist with restoring your affected items and Identities.* Restoration Period : All Managers who have submitted a customer service email before Mar. 31st (Tue), 18:00 (KST)* Restoration Recipients : All Managers who have used Takeoff Module - ID Uptie or Identity Takeoff Ticket between Feb. 19th 12:00 (KST) ~ Mar. 5th 10:00 (KST), but have had the upgrade applied to a different Identity than the one selected* Restorable Resources (Before changes on subsequent measures)1. Takeoff Module - ID Uptie or Identity Takeoff Ticket2. Identity (The Identity will be restored to Uptie Tier 1 and Level 1)~~3. Any resources used on the Identity from #2 for Uptying and Leveling prior to using Takeoff Module - ID Uptie or Identity Takeoff Tickets* Restorable Resources (After changes on subsequent measures)1.
