The issue has now been resolved, and access to the game is currently stable. Please check below the identified cause and actions taken.

■ Cause
  1. Around Mar. 27 04:00 (UTC+9), an abnormal surge in log data, suspected to be caused by a DDoS attack, resulted in system overload.

  2. Due to the overload, the server was forcibly restarted around 04:37 (UTC+9)

  3. During this process, an issue occurred in part of the file system (game log directory), leading to a server shutdown and connection interruption

■ Actions Taken
  1. The affected server has been restored, and service is now stable

  2. To prevent recurrence, server kernel updates and additional patches are currently under review
