Please check below the identified cause and actions taken.■ CauseAround Mar. 27 04:00 (UTC+9), an abnormal surge in log data, suspected to be caused by a DDoS attack, resulted in system overload.Due to the overload, the server was forcibly restarted around 04:37 (UTC+9)During this process, an issue occurred in part of the file system (game log directory), leading to a server shutdown and connection interruption■ Actions TakenThe affected server has been restored, and service is now stableTo prevent recurrence, server kernel updates and additional patches are currently under reviewWe once again sincerely apologize to all Captains who experienced inconvenience due to this issue. Compensation will be distributed as follows.Korea / Japan / Asia Servers: 1,000 StellagemsGlobal Server: 1,000 Stellagems + 1 NOA Integrated Support Box (12 hours) + 3 Prism TelescopesWe deeply apologize for the unexpected disruption to your gameplay experience.Thank you.

The issue has now been resolved, and access to the game is currently stable. Please check below the identified cause and actions taken.
Around Mar. 27 04:00 (UTC+9), an abnormal surge in log data, suspected to be caused by a DDoS attack, resulted in system overload.
Due to the overload, the server was forcibly restarted around 04:37 (UTC+9)
During this process, an issue occurred in part of the file system (game log directory), leading to a server shutdown and connection interruption
The affected server has been restored, and service is now stable
To prevent recurrence, server kernel updates and additional patches are currently under review

Korea / Japan / Asia Servers: 1,000 Stellagems
Global Server: 1,000 Stellagems + 1 NOA Integrated Support Box (12 hours) + 3 Prism Telescopes
