Server Stutter Optimization Update & Soul Harvest Launch Rewards
Dear Gyldhunters, we've identified one of the causes behind the intermittent stuttering many of you have recently reported, including lag, character teleporting, and similar issues. Part of the problem was traced to cloud server CPU hyper-threading. We rolled out server configuration adjustments across all servers on August 13 and 14, and our monitoring data shows that these stutters are now occurring less frequently. Thank you for all your feedback!Performance optimization is a complex and ongoing process, however, and there are still issues we are working to resolve. This remains our highest priority. If you encounter any related problems, please continue sending us your feedback so we can investigate and address them as quickly as possible.Soul Harvest is now underway! Complete Soul Harvest runs to earn exclusive tokens, which can be exchanged at the Mistchaser Shop for a wide range of rare rewards, including the Season-exclusive Holy-quality collectible Soulbound Serpent Crystal, Holy Material Selection Chest, Moonlight Nectar, and Soul Coins. New rewards such as Moonlight Nectar and the Legendary Material Selection Chest have also been added to the Fate Chart Shop, so don't miss out on those!
