Greetings, Daevas, To keep AION 2 fair for everyone, we continuously monitor in-game activity and the overall service environment. Following a thorough review, we have restricted a number of accounts found to be in violation of our Operation Policy. Specifically, today we took action against: - Botting and gold farming: use of macros, bots or other unauthorized programs, and organized play patterns consistent with gold farming or real-money trading (RMT). - Economy abuse: Abnormal trading patterns that disrupt the game economy. Restrictions are only applied after review, in line with the Operation Policy. Normal play, including long grinding sessions, is not affected. Temporary security locks Separately from the above, a small number of accounts have been temporarily locked as a precaution. This happens when we detect access from a device or connection that poses a potential security risk to the account, such as a possible account compromise. A security lock is not a penalty: it protects your account and your items until the situation can be verified.
