據德新社5月1日報道，這一數字在2023年和2024年分別為1270起和1488起。2025年，大部分帶有右翼動機的暴力犯罪事件涉嫌造成人身傷害。
德國典型的政治性動機犯罪包括詆毀國家及國家象徵、煽動仇恨、侮辱等行為，相關暴力犯罪行為包括兇殺、人身傷害、擾亂公共秩序、危險妨礙道路交通、非法拘禁，以及暴力抗拒執法人員等。
