Fixed an issue where, in some cases, Power Upgrade II obtained through tech level increases did not take effect properly. Metas can now correctly increase their generator limit through tech level increases, generator tech enhancements, and similar systems, for up to 4 additional generators.3. Fixed an issue in the Custom Server RaidZone scenario where certain supplies could be mistakenly removed by the Server Host while using features such as Send Items and Set Items.
